How can you ensure sustainable development in which they optimally utilize their potential and achieve their ideals? This course, focused on coaching practice, describes an effective coaching method aimed at optimally utilizing people's "psychological capital." Strength-Based Coaching combines elements from various approaches to foster deep learning and effective functioning. Its essence lies in aligning with ideals and core qualities, as well as raising awareness and addressing internal obstacles. The approach is scientifically substantiated and illustrated with numerous examples and exercises. This course, packed with practical tips, is designed for coaches, mentors, teachers, counselors, and other support professionals who want to enhance people's talents and qualities. It's also suitable for leaders who want to provide coaching leadership and for students training for one of the aforementioned professions. In this course, you will: * Cultivate a strengths-based orientation to teaching and learning. * Engage in methods of inspiring others (and ourselves!) to show up as our best selves. * Implement evidence-based practices to meaningfully apply strengths-based leadership.
