Our interactive sessions and collaborative methods are designed to provide strategic insights for enhancing instructional and leadership skills.

Addressing Math Anxiety in Elementary Students Are you ready to transform math anxiety into a powerful catalyst for student success? Join us for the first session in our Growing Mathematical Thinkers series, where we explore how to strengthen elementary math instruction by building a high-hope mathematical mindset.

To receive a 6-hour Professional Learning Certificate of Completion, participants must attend one in-person session and all three virtual follow-up PLCs.

Spend one high-powered hour, and let's crack them wide open using Gemini Notebook (Google's AI research partner, formerly NotebookLM).
It’s your lead detective on the case. You hand over the evidence (your PDFs, docs, or data), and it finds answers. It even turns dry reading assignments into engaging audio briefs for your commute.
This is an active investigation - you'll start building your first working notebook right away. At the end of the session, you’ll have real answers, a custom Studio creation you made yourself, and a hit-list of cases to close next!
The same session will be offered several times allowing you to choose the best day and time for you!

Multicultural Education

In this course we will:
● Expand teachers’ understanding of identity and diversity beyond race and ethnicity
● Develop a strengths-based approach to understanding how identity influences teaching and learning.
● Implement evidence-based practices for developing a culturally responsive, engaging, and supportive pedagogical approach while maintaining high expectations for assessing students’ learning and growth.
● Remove the MULTICULTURAL EDUCATION license provision (Nevada)
Course Dates: August 24 through October 25, 2026
Course Format: Meet once each week via Zoom and complete all other coursework online.
Course Text: All required readings/texts are included in CANVAS.
Credit: 3 SUU graduate-level, continuing education credits | Cost: $69.00 paid directly to SUU

Effective Family Engagement
Registration is now open!
In this course we will:
● Develop positive relationships with families/caregivers that honor and value their diverse strengths
● Co-create school-family partnerships linked to learning while integrating the Nevada Standards for Parental Involvement and Family Engagement
● Identify and implement evidence-based strategies and practices in order to effectively and meaningfully engage families/caregivers
● Remove the PARENTAL INVOLVEMENT & FAMILY ENGAGEMENT requirement on your Nevada educational license
Course Dates: October 5, 2026 through December 6, 2026
Course Format: Meet once each week via Zoom and complete all other coursework online.

NEPF Certification Course for Principals Evaluating Educators
The RPDP Virtual Cohort is designed for Nevada administrators:
● Who were hired after the start of the 2026-2027 school year
● Who are only able to participate virtually, or
● Who missed an in-person session with their designated district cohort and need to “make-up” the missed session
